Remove placeholder for LOD section in chapter 13 #167

This PR removes the placeholder for the LOD section in the Linking Data chapter. The section is currently under progress and will be added at a later date.

It also removes the version warning at the beginning of chapter 13, as the content should now be compliant with MEI v4.

This PR will go into branch revise-chapter-13 which afterwards can be merged into master.
