Add support for Language hashtag in the tweet body #7

@musically-ut Thanks for the comments. I agree with all the issues you mentioned. I fixed them. For now am using the language itself as the tag. I will implement the dict of languages and tags we talked about in the next commit. I will also look into unifying the whole search through pyGithub.
