Refactor test slop #12

This includes a number of testing cleanup items.

This comment in issue #6 is handled by adding specific fixtures for test_chart_cleaners.py and others in tests/conftest.py.
Better API parameter testing as requested in #6. As in, spotify returns several items for its calls; test all of them.
Refactors some tests into a class-based structure.
