Upgrade Python dependencies, rename, and release on PyPi #2

We need a routine dependency upgrade and complementary updated release on PyPi.

@philipmuh just hit upload in pypi to realize pycm is taken. Name picking time -- pick your fav below.

They must have grabbed that between when we started and not, but I can't really find the history. It is always possible I forgot to search, but that does seem unlikely. Pretty typical thing you do when starting open source stuff.

Name options

  1. mfcm
  2. mfpycm
  3. cmpy taken
  4. chartmetric (my vote)

If we tie we'll have Dan split it.
