Windows integration #118

Decided to open pull request on another branch. This is the set of changes in the code common with Windows:

moved logging (log_with_timestamp()) to the separate file (logger.c, logger.h)
moved signal handler bodies (sigintHandler(int dummy), sigtermHandler(int dummy), sigWinchCallback()) to the separate file (signal.c)
clearing the screen (generic unction cls()) and retrieving row number (getTermRows()) moved to separate file (console.c)

Most of the defs for WIN32 were removed - the logic specific for the windows will be implemented by the source file separation.
