http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cain_and_Abel_%28software%29 - Deskpite the fact of being a windows tools, it provides all sorts of capabilities/tools that we are after but have horrible interface! however, they seem to use the same (currently in place) pcap driver/library.
