How to add airport entry for landing strip with no ICAO? #118

This agriculture facility Sistemas de Producción Intensiva (a.k.a. SIPROIN) has an actively used landing strip directly adjacent to the facility (check out satellite view).

Any way to add it to the DB? I can't find any assigned ICAO for it.

I think here is a i18n airports repo instead of personal/business. IATA and ICAO is two orgs to register airports. If someone build a new airport, please register it or it will not be here. But if some airports registered to one of it, it can be here with "" empty string of another org.
