if plugin extension for pressbooks is not activate, we don't see the footer, and we see script with fatal error

Change and reduce the space for meta data display control for all the plugin. For the moment the plugin works like that, it takes up a lot of space

So we have to add new paramater to checkbox and create dynamic tables that create collones by looping post types and lines according to meta data plugins, always using foreach loops
