Translation with r50

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a game
2. Message "Booting Wii game, please wait..." is shown
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I use the Dutch language so I expect the message to be "Spel wordt gestart: 
even geduld..."
This was so with r49 and before

What version of the product are you using?
V70r50

If its a problem with GC games, what DIOS MIOS (Lite) version is used?

If an exception occurs, please attach a picture of it.

Please attach the log file if possible (system->debug->save debug).

Please attach a syscheck if possible.

Please provide any additional information below.
