@Mxrcon , could you please review the global_params.config file deeply? I have tried to capture all the information shared on the manual https://github.com/ngs-fzb/MTBseq_source/blob/master/MANUAL.md as far as global options and process-specific options are concerned.

The main reason for adding these to the config is because we'd like to make everything explicit to the user.
