Using `nf-core` :green_apple: template on MTBseq-nf step :two: : #79

Update the main modules and add description and copyright info

Hey there :wave:, On this PR I've worked on updating our mtbseq-nf modules to the nf-core template in the middle term of our template and nf-core template, not assuming all the rules of nf-core that we could refine later on.

This is a first step on the development of nf-core/mtbseq

I'm available to make any necessary change and discuss possible modifications of this work.

And - could we please also update the nf-core template to version 2.10 ?

I've just bumped to version 2.10 template, on the last commit https://github.com/mycobactopia-org/MTBseq-nf/pull/79/commits/21e1d63e18cbb877b7752c5dad61f47f521bec41, this added a lot of file changes
