Google spreadsheet for admin signups

Create a Google Spreadsheet for admins to:

1. First sheet - Contact scheduling (must have)
2. [ ] read all the submitted questionnaires, each containing:
   • userid if present
   • submission date/time
   • all the information provided by the user
   • who has signed up to handle that call
3. [x] sign up to handle a call if no one else has signed up for it
4. Second sheet - admin schedule management (desirable)
5. [ ] manage each admin's information: name, email address, availability in the next two weeks (time periods: 9am-11am, 11am-3pm, 3pm-7pm)
6. [x] add/remove admins

Added a couple of comments to the Google sheet:

1. What is the id in Column N?
2. We probably won't need the guide-id especially if we change the sheet title to "Solar call schedule"
