Windows 11: Inexpecific error at starting #477

Last tree updates stops to working in Windows 11. Inexpecific error at starting. After that, opens the interface without any wallet. I nedeed to downgrade to 1.1.24 to get it working again...

1.2.3, 1.2.4 and 1.2.5
Operating system: Windows 11.
