Send of XMR not showing up after hard fork

After hard fork cant see xmr sent to me

Steps to reproduce

1. Updated MyMonero to 1.3.0]
2. input my Nemonic
3. looked at my wallet and missing send

Same here, except I tried to receive on previous version (fun error message prevented update) and saw nothing in wallet when it synced so then updated to 1.3.0 through here and still nothing. Explorer says I received two hours ago. Seems like people can't send from this wallet either.

Had the same problem. Most mod my XMR disappeared after this stupid update shit. Hoping they rectify it

I also encountered the same problem, and the same error occurred when I changed the online wallet payment, indicating that there was an error in mymonero wallet, and I changed my other mymonero XMR wallet payment, the same problem of not being able to pay XMR

We are working through the issues. Currently, we are dealing with our block parser. The apps rely on the server to provide it with the necessary data. We will work through the apps and resolve all issues once the servers are correctly configured.

We have all hands on deck to work through and restore the service.

@NumeralClaws @Grozny-M19 @b4sh1t1 It is normal that the balance of the Monero GUI wallet is not displayed until it is synced. But with Remote Node, you can access your coins faster. This is the fastest way.

I also had the same problem and was able to access my Monero funds in 12 hours using the Monero GUI + Remote Node.

When I type my mnemonic seed from mymonero (13 words) I have NEXT button inactive. In the monero gui seed is 25 words. Restoring with keys also doesn't work for me when I type the keys from mymonero. When I enter keys from monero gui everything works fine.

We are currently working on the latest Monero hardfork patch.

The good news is that wallets are now scanning to their current block height where you are able to view your XMR. We are working on the decoy selection issue which relates to send transactions not confirming.

We have successfully upgraded our software to Fluorine Fermi to fall in line with the Monero hard fork.

Users will need to update to the latest software in order to use the wallet. We have found that on some devices, it may be necessary to uninstall and reinstall MyMonero to get the latest software downloaded and operational.

Once you have the latest version of MyMonero installed, you can operate your wallet without issues. View your XMR balances and transactions, and you can send funds too.

An important note to our Windows users: We have successfully completed the hard fork upgrades on the Windows software and although we are very eager to release it, we are awaiting an SSL certificate that will allow us to release this software publicly. This is a priority for us and we will release the latest software for our Windows users as soon as we can.
