rename makeRowProfiles #108

It's a misleading name. So, it should be replacd with a more appropriate name. 

In the interim, keep mRP, but it calls the new function (e.g., CAPreProc), and 
provides the user with a warning (maybe...).

SHould be addressed in a change log.

This will be done in "version 3" to be released in about a year. This will also 
allow us to easily compute the various power transformations of CA (per 
Greenacre paper).
