meet fatal error when install mecab-python 3==1.0.5 #158

Installing melotts, it required mecab-python3 == 1.0.5. However, I cannot install the version of mecab-python3, which is very weird, even my Windows has a vs2022 build tool. Does anyone meet the same issue? I noticed that the dev-group of mecab released mecab-python3 == 1.0.9. I can install 1.0.9 without any problem. I'm experiencing the same issue. Please upgrade mecab-python3 to 1.0.9. @Zengyi-Qin
