Q: What is the language usage of AskTheEU?

Do people use AskTheEU in any of the non-English languages?
Do people make requests in any of the non-English languages?

Related to (and should probably be done before) https://github.com/mysociety/alaveteli-experiments/issues/36.

Why? Gives us an idea of how much effort we should put in to translations of AskTheEU.

Measurement

Use analytics to compare traffic to /en/*, /es/*, /de/* and /fr/*
Use analytics to look at traffic from Spain, France and Germany
Count users grouped by User#locale (gives an indication of whether they use a different locale when they're logged in).
Also look at browser locale setting – pretty sure that's available in Analytics

We have everything we need to measure this.
