Pre 2024 GE changes #574

Updates the search and area pages, plus the MP import scripts.

Removes WMC areas from the search and updates descriptions
Removes PPC data from area pages
updates relevant locations for import scripts
adds a warning to WMC pages that they are no longer relevant
