We will have a postcode, and want to get a street. PAF should allow for this, and we should be able to get free access to it.

Questions to answer:

Is the full PAF dataset too big to import into the alpha?
What ID can we use to refer to the street?
What will we need to bear in mind about resource usage, if this ever becomes a public, national service?

No longer required. We’ve gone with a more flexible definition of "neighbourhood" that doesn’t require street-based data.
