Add votes and result_confirmed columns to the all candidates csv #920

Please add a votes column to the all candidates csv output.

It'd also be useful to have another column, named eg result_confirmed with values of: NULL when there's no reported result; FALSE for a reported but unconfirmed result; and TRUE when a result is reported and confirmed.
