vaccination data values seem too large #45

We have detected the values reported in vaccines_administered_nl.csv might be too large (twice as large approx.). This issue seems to first appear here: https://github.com/mzelst/covid-19/commit/bf48cfad7f3fb1b3c470abd31a66fb8b0c8b43dc.

Hi Lucas,

Thanks for notifying me. It seems that the source data has changed and more specific age groups have been added (which leads to doubling up of the data, as ALL is a separate category). I'll fix the data upcoming Monday and keep you posted on updates.
