feature request: import export to RDBMS

It would be wonderful if it could be possible to export from the default file 
storage to mysql/postgresql db.
Reason is simple: given hardware which is not very fast file storage improves 
performance up to 200-250% in comparison on using postgresql:// mysql:// 
storage types, while postgresql/mysql gives all the benefits of relational sql 
db .
