ADMX Error #30

I have the same problem putting the admx file on server 2016

Encountered an error while parsing DTD is prohibited

File \domain\sysvol\domain\Policies\PolicyDefinititions\Mozilla.admx, line 7, column 9

try this instead: https://github.com/mozilla/policy-templates/releases
