This will create a new release when changes are detected upstream which automate now all the CI/CD :-)
Every Saturday (children let me some time in the afternoon 😅), auto-update workflow will trigger and check if there are changes on upstream repository. If changes, it will create a new release which will trigger release workflow that build and push images to Docker Hub.
