Control volume? #22

Any chance to do that with a topic or something in the payload besides the text to speech?

The original library @nabbl forked, and on which this is based, had a PR against it, enabling volume control on the 15th July. Hopefully he can plug this in relatively easily.

So that pull request I mentioned was merged - might be worth someone having a look at it and proposing a similar pull request to this library? I personally don't have time at the moment, but if no-one gets to it before I finish my exams in 7 weeks, I'll have a look at doing it myself.
