Add support for iOS11 #42

Works well with iOS11 electra jailbreak by using windows filder. Can't working with MacOS + iOS11 sslkill tweak, I don't know why

Thanks! A lot of people are waiting for this :). One quick request: can you revert the name back to SSLKillSwitch2 in the Makefile, the control file and the plist? Otherwise i can do it myself. Thanks!

difficultly my SDK can't works with SSLKillSwitch2. I was checking........
