Always assume "1." prefix in pkg.version from here on (since npm requires semver)

@gramakri I used to keep the package version the same as tt-rss was for those compatibility reasons. So I guess, we can "update" to 15.x instead of keeping the 1. prefix?

@naeramarth7 tried that first but npm insists on package.json's 'version' being semver :-) which 15.x is not.
