Cannot make a call using my Majic Jack username password

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Gave the ID as Emynumber01
2. how do i get the password??
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
able to login to siphon..but not able to make call

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest..just downloaded from cydia

Please provide any additional information below.
How can i find my password?? any help is appreciated

I don't have Magic Jack account so I can't help you.
You can see the issue 151, and you can contact majic jack provider or look for 
on his
site, or forum.

Perhaps, some users can give you information.
