What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Anytime ispy sends to FTP
2. Anytime I use "test" button under FTP menu

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.8.1.0 running Win XP Home. I am a tech there are NO viruses on this machine!
Please provide any additional information below.
FTP worked at one time. Settings are good and I can sign into FTP account (via
browser)with login & password so they are good.
