Migrate to nftables-rs GitHub org

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This repository (namib-project/nftables-rs) is currently owned by the namib-project org. The NAMIB project is defunct since end of 2022.

The members (known by real name) of the namib-project org can directly push to branches in this repository due to org settings. This is not desired due to security/trust reasons.

Describe the solution you'd like Migrate the repository to a dedicated GitHub org.

The org nftables-rs was already claimed by @jwhb for this purpose.

• ✅ Increase "brand recognition"
• ✅ Effectively restricts ownership to @jwhb + explicitly defined maintainers (currently only @JKRhb)

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Migrate to personal namespace (e.g. @jwhb)
  • ✅ Effectively restricts ownership to @jwhb + explicitly defined maintainers (currently only @JKRhb)
  • ❌ Personal namespace owner is implicit maintainer
• Keep repo in namib-project org
  • ❌ Can not guarantee impossibility of (partial) hostile takeover of this project (lack of transparency)
