Starters eas build process fails for Android #424

Current Behavior

When running on the with-expo-router starter, eas build the build fails with Usage Error: Couldn't find a script named "expo".

Expected Behavior

The build should complete

Steps To Reproduce

Create starter from with-expo-router
Try to build for android with eas build
