Fixed capsule parsing problem. Added unbalanced capsule errors for command and qualifier descriptions. Added support for endless arguments instead of text arguments. Changed behavior to prevent duplicate captures. Changed behavior to turn extra arguments into endless arguments depending on the command that has the least arguments in extra arguments before an endless argument.
