Update doc dark theme #154

added stylesheet extra.css file into the docs and updated the mkdocs.yml dark theme with the new dark theme. added a comment in extra.css creditting solar(cometrbx) for dark theme. resolves #142

(new pr because i sent it to main instead of devlopment)
