Improve Fastlane app description #44

I copied description from io.naox.InnerBreeze.metainfo.xml and added the instruction to make it easier to understand for users.

Added new locale, please see #43 to make it easier to fix typos in translation.

merged the language changes, will be available for v 1.3.2.

haven't integrated the language service yet
