[What steps will reproduce the problem? (We need detailed, specific steps.
If we cannot reproduce the defect on a dev machine, we cannot fix it.)]
1.In Multisite Admin i try and change the settings (I don't want users to
upload audio / video)
2.I press save settings
3. It tries to find www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/network/options.php but gives me
a 404.

This happens both from the network admin and from the website admin. This is my
main site and I haven't network activated the post as only this site has
buddypress.

Hello,

This bug was for our http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/buddypress-media/
plugin.

This is fixed in version 2.2.6.

Please upgrade plugin to access buddypres-media settings on your multi-site
setup.

Sorry for inconvenience.
