Missing abbr attribute on not sortable #88

1. Setup a colModel without the sortable attribute

The expected output should be that the columns are output with the abbr 
attribute set to the name of the column in the colModel. 

Instead, the abbr attribute is not output. This disables the ability to 
retrieve column data for an edit button or similar.
