Ticket to track acceptance testing of delivery v5.1 of the DSWx-S1 SAS Final. This point release includes a fix for DSWx-S1 jobs that produced the incorrect set of output MGRS tiles for a certain "edge-case" tile collections (polar/equatorial regions).

Existing wiki procedure for the Final acceptance test should be updated as-necessary at completion of this ticket.

This delivery has passed Acceptance Testing without issue.
