Richer instrument menu. #46

@esaruoho - when being in the track mixer and i click on a channel that has Amen on it, i’d expect the menu that pops up would have Amen as the first row, and a tick or a bold or something that signifies that that’s the one i am on. this would let me then use cursor keys to go to the next sample.

Much like the Help menu and Examples submenus, I hope to replace the Instrument Menu at some stage with something much richer - graphically and interactively - where instruments are logically grouped and easy to explore. This will, however, likely be in a future update, following GA.
