Improved scrolling in Keyboard Shortcuts. #52

@esaruoho - I would expect the Keyboard Shortcuts sidebar to be gesture-scrollable, though. (two fingers on trackpad, scroll up&down to move around)

In the current release, mouse wheel scrolling should move your selection about inside the tree view. However, I'm changing that in the next release so that it has more traditional scroll behaviour. Not sure if this will translate to Apple Trackpad gesture support, which is not supported explicitly, but it is normally presented to apps as mouse wheel, so should work.

Looks like the wheel handler was disabled by a previous update. Reactivated and adjusted to have more conventional scrolling behaviour.
