Context menus in Audio Settings. #56

@esaruoho - what are these context menu items supposed to do? they open some sort of unfinished windows that don’t seem to do much of anything and I can’t move them. Like, I can’t click on X, - or + to do anything here. and if i do the same for Show All Programs or Show all Parameters, nothing seems to happen. (each opening of a dialog emits an alarm sound from macOS (or the beep of "you’re typing something into a textfield or somewhere which does not receive keyboard input"), and it just feels like maybe this stuff shouldn’t be available to the enduser? was this a project that got pushed further down the backlog?

These are part of the JUCE-based host, and don't currently serve a specific purpose. This patching screen was only exposed in Beta 10 - having previously been hidden - and is being integrated to allow users to custom map output channels in multi-channel configurations (not currently supported).

In the mid-term, the plan is to use this patching screen add other AU/VST Plugins (which JUCE calls 'filters'), which can be used as instruments in Manhattan - like Logic's Environment screen or even a high-level PD. This feature planned for the future, so I have disabled this menu in the next release.
