Polyphonic channels header have mouse deadspots. #67

@esaruoho - if you have group-polyphony channels such as Bytes&Pieces: Layering, the 06-07: Violins hotspots for unmuting do not cover the whole track. would it be possible to cover the whole track "tab"?
