Error reporting improvements #56

Errors should be 'fancy' (with the last valid frame of the sketch shown blurred or alphaed out) and typeset with a proper font. Also, the text of the error could be improved, and the complete stack trace should be dumped to the console.

This won't change for 0.3, but will be built better in 0.4
