Angular update #6

Updated the dependencies to Angular 4.0.0, did a few quick tests, nothing seems to fail. Please do your own tests before merging.

"@angular/animations": "^4.0.0" Could potentially be left out, but would need to be added by user if they wanted to use Angular Animations. In version 4 they moved it out of Core.
