Review the list of digital surrogates, create a prioritised list and undertake background checks.

• [ ] Undertake audit of digital surrogates for completeness, quality and suitability for uploading. To understand what the files are and their value to users.

• [ ] Prioritise the list based on ease of uploading and value to users

• [ ] write papers for the Discovery Board for agreement to upload the files to Discovery

• [ ] Understand issues over copyright, data protection, international relations etc

• [ ] Seek broad understanding of what content needs to be approved by Discovery Board and content where the Board just needs to be informed about.

Benefit to user = 2 - additional content is added to Discovery. The content is currently of low interest. Benefit to TNA = 3 - additional content (even of low value) may encourage ongoing and new users of Discovery. Supports revenue generation. Business priority = 0 Impact of doing nothing = 1 - content is low interest; other than some PREM 19s there have been no requests for these.
