New line preset "Cable Car" not available in `nps_render_line` table #770

I'd like to include the "Cable Car" preset in the nps_places_roads_and_trails Mapbox source, which pulls from the nps_render_line table in the places_pgs database. Currently, it is not included in this table. It has the superclass "Service" (not "Road" or "Trail"), so maybe this is part of the issue?

@jimmyrocks when you're back online I'd like to look into this with you.

Looks like the superclass is not the issue - I'm assuming this table just needs to be regenerated.
