Adds UI to the corner of the settings menu using the QuestTracker system to show when the game is successfully connected to the Archipelago server.

Bug fixes:

Error in Junk4Trash when loading a save that already collected all 6 items (closes #33 )
Glider not deploying immediately after being received (closes #1 )
