Include the account in the detailed connection #291

Prior to this change, there was no account information included in the connz_detailed information. This change adds the account in the output so that users can identify connections by account.

@piotrpio will this be merged and released with the next version or are there changes that I should make?

@jarretlavallee it looks good, and should've already been merged. It'll be included in the next release.
