Sync e2e folder to platform-test repos #727

When https://github.com/navapbc/template-infra/pull/694 was merged, the newly added e2e/ folder wasn't synced along with the rest of the PR. This is going to make the newly added e2e tests fail, in addition to making the markdown linter fail because of missing links.
