Translate the site into Slovak and Czech

Motivation

Increase accessibility for readers from these language regions.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Description is satisfied.
[ ] Changes display correctly on desktop / mobile.
[ ] Translations have been added or amended as necessary.

Hi @glow01 how are you getting on with this translation?

Have you applied for community funding for this? Or should I add a bounty to it here?

Hi @proletesseract Yes, I am definitely going to do it. Since I am not an IT guy, I cannot proceed for now because I was stopped by some technical github issues (cloning repository issue). I have already applied for this in CF and my proposal was accepted.
