Error about object 'res' not found #64

This method is convenient and fast. But when I try copykat(v1.0.9) for GSE148673(ATC1), there is an error in step9. Error in write.table(res, paste(sample.name, "prediction.txt", sep = ""), : object 'res' not found. And when I try it in v.1.0.8, it seems not happend. So is there something wrong in v1.0.9, or there are others way that i can try? Thank you!

@BertramLoong It's fixed now (v1.1.0). Sorry about the inconvenience.
